NZ Native Plant - Art

For around 3 weeks now, we've been working on a painting. We got to choose between, Music, Drama, Dance and Visual art. Obviously, I chose Visual art because I love to draw and paint and I've loved it since I was way younger. When we went to the art gallery this term, we saw this tree in a full black room, covered in golden glitter. It was made by Reuben Paterson and it was so pretty so we decided to make some of our art like his.

For reference, we chose a plant that was Native to New Zealand to sketch and then we would paint it. Lastly, we put glitter in some places to make it stand out and look good. My painting is of the fern. I hope you like it.

Blending In - Quick Write

As they dashed off, a glimmer of stripes could be seen.

The pale white and grey horses were galloping across the soft grass, while the zebra followed along. They had to run. The bright flames were like hands, reaching towards them and slowly covering the scenery around them. The zebra wasn't supposed to be with the horses. So, the stripped animal had to blend in. The dark smoke was suffocating the animals slowly. They had to get away but, they heard some strange high pitched noise and some red trucks. Maybe they would help?

They saw people in strange suits exit the truck. They had a weird sort of rope and they walked over to the hot orange flames and started spraying them. Then, the fire started to slow down and stop. Everyone was relieved. Oh shoot, the zebra still had to blend in.

Science

My Science Inquiry 2021

By Brooke

Kora and I are learning how the moon controls/changes the tides and how tides are formed. We have been finding answers to our wonderings and then we put them on our google slide.

My questions are:

  • How are tides formed?
  • How does the moon affect the tides?
  • Is there anything else that affects the tides?
The way I'm presenting the information I found:
  • Painting CDs (Ocean waves, the moon)
  • Using a big shell to paint on it or grow a tropical plant
  • Then, the most important. The painting of the diagram on how the moon affects the tides

The 3 most interesting things I learnt are:
  • The Sun and Earth also affect the tides
  • When the gravitational pull of the moon is weaker on the other side of the  Earth the ocean goes out and high tide occurs.

  • There are different types/kinds of tides
  • The movement of tides is caused by a gravitational force called "Tidal force"
At first, I was independent but then Kora came back from her holiday and we came partners because it's fun to work together and we think we work well when we are with each other. Even though we talk a bit, we get our work done. She didn't do much on the slide because she wasn't here but she did her own research and is going to work on her own project to present what she learnt but we'll still share a google slide.

I'm proud of my slide because I think I explained tides thoroughly and the creative ideas I came up with because I think they are creative and I love painting so I'm happy with it.

I think the most challenging part about this whole inquiry project was coming up with original fun ideas to present my work and the information I found. I didn't wanna do a boring presentation and then don't do anything. I didn't wanna make an animation because I'm not good at it and I didn't find it fun. After many other ideas, I set on painting because I enjoy it.

Kids In Space - Urmi's Literacy Group

On Tuesday Week 8, Urmi's literacy group went to something called Kids in space. It's technically a small program where you can learn about how people live and go to space. Like for example, we learnt how astronauts eat. They eat out of extremely well sealed zip lock bags. Usually they would eat spinach and everything and believe it or not, these zip lock bags are so well sealed that the food would be able to last for extremely long. From 8 months to around 10 years. I know right? It's amazing.

Next, to feel like we are actual astronauts, we put on spacesuits. They were the colours, white, orange and blue. I didn't want to put on a spacesuit and neither did Damon but we still took a picture with everyone. You can see us in the picture laughing in the bottom left. Honestly, it was really fun and I totally recommend it because you can learn about space and astronauts in a fun way. Thank you for reading, bye!

Earth Layer Explanation

The earth is our planet and has many layers that some people don’t know of. Here are what they are. We live on the crust and it is made up of tectonic plates. The mantle is the thickest layer and it is made up of liquid and solid iron. The outer-core protects the inner-core and it is made up of molten rocks and liquid iron. It generates electricity to create the magnetic field. Inner-core is the very core of the earth and is the same temperature as the surface of the sun. Is nearly the same size of our moon.

The crust is the layer that we live on. It’s quite thin and it’s made up of 6 big tectonic plates and many little ones. Tectonic plates rub together to make earthquakes and push together to make volcanoes and mountains. Also, the crust is also made up of all different kinds of rocks and minerals. Earth’s crust can get up to about 5-70 kilometers deep. That may seem quite thick but it’s actually the thinnest layer. The crust can also get up to 500 - 1,000 celsius depending on where you are (even though you can’t stand on it because you would most likely burn to death) because being closer to the mantle would mean it would be hotter and further away would be slightly colder.

The mantle is the layer closest to us and the thickest layer. The mantle can get up to 2,900 kilometers deep. That is much more thicker than the crust. Also, the mantle is so incredibly hot that the layer behaves like solid and liquid iron and the heat causes the rocks to rise. The mantle can get up to 200 - 4,000 celsius. The mantle is made up of very hot rocks and iron.

The outer core is the third layer of the earth and it is there to protect the inner core. The outer core is made up of very hot molten rock and liquid iron. The temperature in the outer core can get up to 4,500 to 5,500 celsius. The layer is quite thick but not thicker than the mantle. The outer core is around 2,400 kilometers thick and The earth’s magnetic field is actually caused by a “dynamo effect” because the flowing liquid iron in the outer core generates electric currents and then the rotation of the earth on its axis causes these big electric currents to form a magnetic field which extends around the planet.

The inner core is the very core of the earth. It is the hottest part because it can get up to 5,200 - 6,000 celsius, which is as hot as the surface of the sun. That is how hot it is. Also, the inner core is nearly around the size of the moon (About 30% smaller.), so that shows how big our earth is compared to the moon. The core is about 1,230 - 1,530 kilometers thick.

In conclusion, the earth is the only planet with life and has many layers. They are the crust, mantle, outer-core and inner core. The mantle is the thickest and

Alight - Quick Write

Finally, after climbing up the mountain for a full 1 and a half days. I am at the top of the mountain. When I was climbing, we had to stay in these cabins that sat on a ledge of the mountain. There were around 4 of them because there were more as you went up because if you climbed you wouldn’t get anywhere if you had to keep going back down to the cabin. They weren’t the warmest but it was nice. It was only me and two other people. We had to stay in these really comfy bunks with fluffy blankets and soft pillows. It was really nice especially after you’ve had long days of climbing. Then after a little nap, I would eat some food like a sandwich that I packed or some fruit and I would keep going. I wouldn’t say it was a bit chilly because it was extremely cold! But, I had this warm red jacket and long black track pants to keep me from freezing to death.

I nearly gave up a couple of times but then I kept thinking about the relief and how proud I would feel when I finally got to the top, knowing that I didn’t give up, so, I kept going. At first, my legs started to hurt a lot but then I just got used to it. Anyways, now I’m finally at the top. It felt amazing, the view was breath-takingly beautiful and so nice to look at. Since I was climbing for a while I decided to sit down, drink some fresh water and eat while looking at the view.

When I got up I realized that there was a small volcano right ahead of me! It gave me a fright but I calmed down when I realized it was slowing down a bit because of the cold snow and ice, cooling it down a bit. The lava was glowing a warm red and orange colour, I could feel the heat from here. It was a really cool thing to see! I quickly got out my camera and started taking pictures. I took some pictures of the view too and talked with the other people about how we felt when climbing up and when we actually got to the top. I’m so happy that I did. It was definitely worth it.

Chocolate Marshmallow - Earth Layers

Lately for Inquiry with Urmi, we have been learning about space and the earth layers.

We used this as an example.
It's a marshmallow with an m&m in it and it's covered in melted chocolate.

The melted chocolate represented the crust and we made cracks in it by squishing it a bit to make it look like the tectonic plates.

The marshmallow represented the mantle, the shell of the m&m is supposed to be the outer-core and the chocolate of the m&m is supposed to be the inner-core.

Bridle Path Walk

Last term, Tawhirimatea went to walk the Bridle Path so we could know how the Europeans felt when they had to walk. On the bus ride I think I sat with Kora. I was really excited because it seemed interesting to know how it felt to walk over it. At the start, we had to walk up a street and it was really steep. In my opinion it was harder than the walk itself. That may sound crazy but that's what I remember.

Lego Spaceship for Inquiry

Hi! Today for Inquiry we got to make a Lego spaceship! We could make it anything we wanted without pictures because we had to use our imagination. I worked with Kora and Lyshia and we made this all together! So, Lyshia did all the building herself while Kora and I did all the finding so we could find the best pieces for the idea Lyshia had in mind.

Overall, I really enjoyed making it and I had a lot of fun!

Tokyo Olympics 2020

Tokyo Times

(This years Olympics is called 2020 because it was postponed last year because of covid-19)

Today we witnessed the Tokyo Olympics, Artistic Gymnastics. The country's that performed for us today were, Japan, People's republic of China, Republic of China, United states, Great Britain and Switzerland.

The men are doing flips, tumbles, vaults, handstands, splits and more! These men have a lot of talent that I can't even describe. It would take a lot of courage and confidence to build up to try out these dangerous and powerful activities. Imagine how much skill it takes!

They must've been practicing for years. Also, it would mean you would need some good memory to remember the whole routine! Overall, it was amazing and very fun to watch.

My Holidays

In the holidays I did some fun things but this was one of my favourite things. It was really exciting for me because I haven't been there in years. When I got there, I could barely even recognize it! It has definitely changed a lot. When I first went in, I pet some eels, they feel really weird. They felt slimy and really smooth. Also, they were really cute because when they wanted food they would go up and open their mouths at us.

Next, I went and fed the ducks, I love ducks so much so it was really fun. My brother hand fed a duck but I was too scared so I didn't. Also I fed a deer and they were so cute! There was this one in the back with antlers (none of them had antlers) and it was just squinting at me and it was really funny. We moved on past some other birds like geese and swans and there was a big one that tried to go over the fence to peck and bite us and it was kinda scary, after that something hilarious happened. There was this one big white/grey bird and it was quite tall and I would say it was probably up to my waist, we threw food in front of it so it could eat but then it started running after us and flapping it's wings! It's really funny to look back on but it was kind of scary.

Then we saw some capybaras. They were just sleeping the whole time. I saw many other animals but it would take quite a while to describe my experience with them, so i'll just list them. Monkeys, lemurs, parrots, cockatoos, cows, pigs, goats and sheep. There was another really funny experience with this bird. I forgot what it was called but it had its own private area. When we went in we couldn't see it but all of a sudden it just flew at us! Thankfully, there was something to block it so it didn't attack us but we would go outside the room and wait till it went back to it's river then we would go back into the room and it would keep doing the same thing! We did this around three times but we didn't wanna make it anxious so we just left it alone.

After that, we saw the kiwis and their room was really relaxing because it was dark with this dim red light and you could hear water trickling down the stones and I think in that room there were around 5 of them? But I only saw one. It was sniffing the ground to look for food and overall it was quite interesting. Oh, also I fed some chickens and they were really cute. Then we got to the end! I really wanted to feed a duck because funny story, when I was little I was absolutely terrified of ducks and now I love them. So, I found a duck and fed it.

Everything there was so cool and such a great experience. I definitely recommend going there some time. Thank you for reading!

Reflection Of My Term

For most of the term, we were focusing on Early Polynesians and NZ History so, we went on special trips so we could see everything and what it looked like/ how it felt like. But also, we did other things like, Dancing like the stars and winter sport. So, I'm going to be summarizing my favourite things about this term.

Winter Sport

Winter sport so far has been so fun. Last year, I wanted to do netball but sadly, I didn't get accepted. I practiced netball at home a lot but I never got any proper practice. So, this year I wasn't too keen on doing winter sport because I thought I was bad and I didn't really enjoy sport. But, I picked netball anyways because it was the only thing I was slightly interested in. Everyone got accepted to my surprise though! We started doing practice and I loved it. We don't really win but we try our hardest.

My Creation About NZ History

So, lately we have been learning about the history behind NZ and how they lived. To show my learning about NZ history, with Kora and Aria we decided to make an animation. But, we didn't liked how it was going because we were taking too long with it and honestly, it was kinda hard.

We did some thinking and then we decided on making a V-Hut. It only took around a week. First, we made the V-hut with wood that Nigel cut for us and glued popsicle sticks on. Second, we painted it brown let it dry. Then, we cut out some cardboard and painted it green. While we waited for it to dry, we collected some small rocks to make a mini fireplace. By the time we finished gluing the rocks together, the base already dried, it took kind of long to glue the rocks together because they kept falling apart but eventually, we got it.

So then, we started the main gluing parts. We glued the V-Hut to the green base then, we glued the mini fireplace to the corner. But, we only had around 20 minutes to finish since we switched up kind of late. We didn't know what to use for the fire so I went to look around the classroom for ideas. Then, I saw the mandarin basket. Suddenly, I remembered I had mandarin peels in my lunchbox so, I know it sounds stupid but we got the mandarin peels and got some scissors to scratch the white stuff underneath. Then, we cut the mandarin peels into triangles so it could at least look okay.

After all of that, we went outside to get some leaves off the ground and glued them to make it look less plain. Then, we were finished! We were all proud of ourselves because after all, we did switch up late.

Here's a picture of our creation:

Interview with Nevaeh and Willow

We had to make an interview with someone who was involved with the Treaty of Waitangi. Our group chose William Hobson. Next, we chose who was the interviewers. Then we recorded. I hope you enjoy it.

Polynesians Come To NZ

The Polynesians came from Hawaiki and traveled to New Zealand in 1320-1350 from East Polynesia, they traveled by using people called navigators that were trained from birth and used the stars, tides and more to navigate the island (New Zealand). They also came in wakas/canoes. The Polynesians traveled to New Zealand because they found out that there was another island out there and they wanted to explore it.

When the Polynesians settled in. They used the word ¨Maori¨ instead of Polynesians and they started to hunt animals to eat, like: Birds, fish and shellfish. The Maori were expert hunters and growers, They wove fishing nets with flax and carved fishhooks with bones and stones.

Was Coming To NZ A Good Decision For Everyone?

Was coming to New Zealand a good decision for everyone?

Was coming to New Zealand a good decision for everyone? In my opinion, I believe that it wasn’t a good decision for everyone but maybe it was for a lot of people. I disagree and agree in a way because..

First of all, the Europeans made the Maori sign the Treaty of Waitangi without giving the Maori a full translation of what it actually said and I think that’s unfair. For the Maori, they thought that signing the treaty would bring equality and peace but in reality, it meant that they would be treated unfairly and lose land.

Secondly, the Europeans brought diseases with them. Along with them they brought “New animals, crop plants, parasites and diseases.” When the Europeans arrived in New Zealand, they brought diseases like measles and the flu. Since the Maori lacked immunity to these diseases, many people died. Early settlements usually did not have clean water and sewerage systems, so it made diseases very common.

But also, this is a point of why I kind of agree. The Europeans brought different animals with them. As it says above this, they brought new animals. I think that’s a good thing because we have more animals to learn about and maybe some of the animals we have today, we wouldn’t have if the Europeans didn’t bring them.

The animals the European missionaries and later settlers brought with them were, Cattle, sheeps and pigs as a source of food, horses and bullocks to break in farmland and transport people and goods. They also brought cats to control rodents and pests and dogs to assist with sheep farming.

So, in conclusion, I agree and disagree. But I probably disagree more because they brought diseases and my main reason for disagreeing is because the Europeans didn’t give the full translation to the Treaty Of Waitangi.

The Abandoned Train Track

I'm walking in a deep dark forest with light shining from beyond the tall trees. Across from me is a long rusty train track covered in spongy green moss and below it is a cliff that looks like it goes down forever. It looks abandoned because no one would go on that and guarantee that it's safe. I like the thrill of knowing that I could fall any second. So, I put one foot down onto the wood plank and lift my other foot onto another plank.

I start to take slow steps across and I can hear the big deep creaks in the track as I take a step. I can feel the adrenaline rush through me as a gush of wind nearly blows me off the track. I start to catch my balance and take quicker steps and grow confident in walking on the track. The moss makes it even more slippery but I don't mind. I'm at the point where I'm in the middle of it so if I fell I would fall to my death. I don't know why but I don't get scared easily, or even at all.

I'm having so much fun. I feel so relaxed, being all alone in a beautiful misty forest. Every once and a while there will be a burst of wind almost strong enough to push me off but it's not and I'm surrounded by so many trees that I can only see a small glimpse of the gray sky. It's not that bright and blue today because it rained today but now it's at the point where it's just lightly spitting. It's quite refreshing actually. This is one of the best places I've ever been because it's so relaxing.

All of a sudden, I hear a loud train coming from behind me. I thought it was abandoned? Maybe I'm enjoying this so much that it's in my imagination now. It starts to get louder so I panic. What do I do? If I run I'll slip and if I go back I'll most likely get hit by the train because of how fast it is and I don't wanna take that risk. I turn around and scream. The trains right there. Everything goes black.

I suddenly wake up sweating. That was a horrible nightmare.

The Lavender Storm

Everyone is sleeping peacefully and it’s silent outside. The kids are all camping in a windmill tower for a week or so, so they can survive. Their parents left them recently for their new job at making a town run by robots. It’s silly I know, but since it’s the “modern days”, people only care about themselves and money.

The siblings are all huddled together with 2 pillows and a big woolly red and white blanket they stole from people having a picnic. Then, they hear a CRASH! BANG! Rosalina sits up in a panic and peeks outside, she sees a bright lavender bolt of lighting strike the ground and it suddenly casts a wave of heat that hits Rosalina.

Rosalina looks into the distance and sees bright apricot orange flames reach up to the sky. She starts to get scared. She doesn’t wanna scare Sakura and Angel so she wakes up Alex. “Alex… Look outside.” Alex gets up still half asleep and strolls over to the door, the smell of the dirty smoke floats around the children, the smell wakes Angel up.

“What’s that smell?” She asks with a hint of worry in her tone. “Uhh.. It’s nothing Angel, go back to sleep.” Alex says. “Okay..” Angel replies and lays back down. The sound of sirens fill the empty silence. Firefighters hop out of their truck and put out the fire. Alex and Rosalina stare into the distance.

Lightning never strikes twice does it? That was the question that occupied their mind as they crouched, huddling together.

House Owners - Part 1

!TW! Blood

I'm laying in my bed. It's 11:17pm and I haven't slept yet. The hard mattress hurts my back, it feels like I'm laying on a bunch of bricks. My room smells weird and it's covered in cotton candy pink. I'm at my grandmas house because my parents are out for a week on holiday. I shiver at the freezing breeze coming through my glass window. I would get up and close my window but my grandma has some weird rules...
1. No getting out of bed after 10:30pm
2. If you get up to go to the bathroom, run.
3. In your room, you have to have a spray bottle. (It's a weird liquid but she won't tell me the name)

I've always wondered why she made up these rules. But maybe... If I grab the spray bottle and get out of bed to shut my window. Nah, I'll ask grandma about it in the morning. I already have 3 blankets I'll deal with it in the morning. I start to doze off and then I wake up. I check the time and it's 1:30am I need to go toilet. Who cares about grandmas rules. They're unnecessary anyways.

I get out of bed and walk to the toilet. I feel paranoid... Like someone's watching me? I don't know why though. The rules are totally fake. The floors creaking make me flinch, I finally get into the bathroom. I open the door and step inside.

I look at myself in the mirror and scream, but no sound comes out. I stare into my reflections eyes. My eyes are filled with blood, dripping down my cheeks and onto the sink. I look behind my reflection and see a tall black figure with a big grin plastered on their face. I try to run out of the bathroom but the door is locked. I feel a heavy hand grab my shoulder. I gasp. I sit up immediately, it was all a dream.

I'm sweating and I start to cry. It felt so real? I drink the cup of water next to me and I do some breathing to calm myself down a bit. I check the time and it's 8:23am. My grandma comes in with a warm smile, she walks over to my bed with pancakes and maple syrup on the top. "Did you sleep well Mia?" She asks nicely. "Yeah... I slept okay" I reply trying to get my mind off that nightmare. "Because you'll need the sleep for this weekend! I'm so excited for your 12th birthday." I roll my eyes slightly and groan. I don't like birthdays. It's just counting down days until you die.

"Is everything alright sweetie?" Grandma asks with a concerned face. "Yeah, yeah. I'm all good..." I reply with a hint of annoyance. "Okay, maybe just relax in bed today!" She says. I start to smile. "Awh really? That sounds nice. Thank you." I respond with relief. I can finally relax.

It's 11:45am now. I've just been reading and drawing. I've been trying to draw what I saw in my nightmare. It looked so weird and creepy... It's probably best to forget about it, it meant nothing. I always thought grandmas house had this weird vibe though. It always made me shiver at the thought of it. I click back to reality after zoning out.

Is it just me or is it really hot in here?.. I start to feel light headed and my bedroom turns into a blur. My ears feel blocked and I want to throw up. I hear a strong ring from both sides of my ears and my eyelids feel heavy.. I feel like passing out.. I start to fall to the side and I roll off my bed. Before I feel anything or hear anything everything turns black.

To Be Continued...

Thank you so much for reading this story!
I will be making a part 2 but I decided it will be best to split it into 2 parts.
Maybe even 3 parts. It depends. Thanks again, I hope part 2 will be done by May.

The Lavender Storm

The sky is a dark purple-black colour. Clouds start moving out, they cover the sky but there's an empty hole in the middle of them. Suddenly, the hole in between the clouds start flickering with a lavender light and it turns brighter by the second. Then, electric bolts of lilac purple lighting strike the ground, casting a wave of heat that floats through the air.

The windmill sitting on the hard brick tower, starts to spin at a graceful pace, but then, the swishing of the wind starts to speed it up. The blades start spinning at a fast rate and it starts to spit. Light cold rain starts to hit the ground, making the grass wet and slippery.

The rain starts to pour down harder, hitting peoples roofs and streaming down to their windows, forcing a mist to cover the glass. Then, the rain starts to become lighter... The sky starts to become brighter and the clouds start to become a snowy white. The windmill blades slow down and the sun starts to shine. The sky and the grass is now a beautiful, sunny dream.

Quick Write - The Cliff

I'm visiting an abandoned building that was left in a strong earthquake, it sits on a tall green hill. There's big hard rocks next to the hill that go diagonal so you can climb up. Then there's the bottom of the building, the building is a light caramel brown with lots of big grey spiderwebs.

I arrive and I can hear the strong whirling wind, it's so strong that it feels like it can take me to space. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to come here, I could fall, I thought to myself. Never mind, I'm safe. It said it would be a clear sunny sky with no wind though.

I start coughing because of the dust getting in my mouth and eyes. This place is supposed to be quite popular, Usually tourists come here to take pictures but no one is here. I wanna get some cool pictures so I'm gonna go to the top of the rock. It's safe... I think. I bring my phone up to the top and I start to get tired after climbing and I start to get blisters and bruises. But it's okay, because it's gonna be worth it, right?

I'm finally at the top and I start to wobble, I keep telling myself "I'm safe", "I'm safe", "I'm safe". Why am I worrying? I should just get it over and done with. I take out my phone and look for good lighting. I get some good pictures. I should take a selfie and send it to my friends, I turn to front camera and I look in the background of the picture, it looks like someone's behind me... Then I can feel pressure on my back but I don't have any time to react. I've been pushed off.

I can feel the strong wind against me as I slowly fall, well it feels slow. But in reality, I'm falling at the speed of light. It's a long drop. I look up and see a person looking down at me, they don't even look human. Did they push me? Did they- Everything goes black. I died.

Quick Write - The Island

Another day on the island. I've been lost for a couple of days and I'm running out of food. I decide to look on the positive side and observe the scene.

It's a great day for surfing. I can feel the soft breeze brushing against my arm and picking up my long fluffy hair. The bright sun burning my skin and I can hear the loud waves crashing down on the hard grey rocks.

I look around and see the fresh lime grass sitting on top of the huge cliffs, the clouds look like cotton candy. I continue to look around. The aqua blue ocean in the distance and the soft green leaves attached to the tropical trees, casting tall dark shadows upon the rocks. It's beautiful.

Is it weird I want to live here forever?

Dungeons & Dragons

Hello! So, I wanted to make a blog post so I decided to post about DnD! (The title) DnD Is a roleplaying game and you can create a character to fight with and you get certain roles that you choose and then you get weapons depending on what your fighting level and race is in DnD. My name is Miku-Chatte and I'm a triplet with Willow-Rae and Leo. Willow-Rae's name is Milou-Chatte (I forgot Leos name).

My weapons are a Rapier and a Light Cross-Bow. I don't have any powers or spells that I know of but since I'm a Rogue I'm very sneaky and charming and I'm known for stealing. I'm also a Drow (Elf). That's all I know for now! Maybe in a couple of weeks I will make another blog post updating you. Thank you for reading, Bye!

Swimming

Last week when we went swimming, we did a couple of lengths of freestyle and any stroke we wanted. (I did backstroke) And I learnt how to dive while sitting down! Sadly, I can't dive standing up yet but I still haven't really gotten the hang of diving while sitting down. I'm still working on perfecting my sitting down dive. I'm still thinking about going to swimming sports but I don't know. I'll update on swimming sports next week.

Be You

Today with Lisa-Maree we read a book called Be You and it was about being yourself and to not feel ashamed of yourself, then we drew a picture of ourselves doing our favourite thing and what makes us happy, this me dancing. Today was very fun!
