For around 3 weeks now, we've been working on a painting. We got to choose between, Music, Drama, Dance and Visual art. Obviously, I chose Visual art because I love to draw and paint and I've loved it since I was way younger. When we went to the art gallery this term, we saw this tree in a full black room, covered in golden glitter. It was made by Reuben Paterson and it was so pretty so we decided to make some of our art like his.For reference, we chose a plant that was Native to New Zealand to sketch and then we would paint it. Lastly, we put glitter in some places to make it stand out and look good. My painting is of the fern. I hope you like it.
